Trammell Crow Takes Top Honors at NAIOP Chicago Awards

Trammell Crow Company garnered honors as Developer of the Year in NAIOP Chicago’s 33rd annual Awards for Excellence, which were presented virtually on Thursday. TCC’s Maple & Main project in Downers Grove, IL also won as Multifamily Development of the Year.
In downtown Chicago, Riverside Investment & Development’s 110 North Wacker was named Office Development of the Year, while Tishman Speyer’s CME Center was recognized as Office Redevelopment of the Year.

Also downtown, the Aspen Dental national headquarters lease won as Broker Transaction | Downtown Office. On the office investment side, a Cushman& Wakefield team was honored for arranging the sale of 905 West Fulton Market.

In all, NAIOP Chicago presented awards in 16 categories, spanning the office and industrial sectors. The chapter also awarded three university scholarships, to Caden Fosnaugh at Roosevelt University, Daja Walker-Parker at DePaul University and Ben Ryan at Marquette University.
