Trammell Crow Launches Boston Office, Leatherbee to Lead Unit

Trammell Crow Company opened an office in Boston and appointed Charles Leatherbee as SVP and leader of the business unit. He will be responsible for all development and acquisition projects, including sourcing new principal and fee opportunities, financial structuring and the overall day-to-day operations of the office.

Leatherbee joins from Skanska USA Commercial Development, Inc., where he most recently served as EVP and Regional Manager of the firm’s Boston office. Throughout his 21-year real estate career, he also held various roles at Commonwealth Ventures LLC and Boston Properties, Inc.
