Trammell Crow Hires Long and Joseph in Boston

Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) has hired Elisha Long as vice president and Kyle Joseph as senior associate at the firm’s Boston office. The two will work directly with Charley Leatherbee, TCC Boston’s senior vice president.

Long will be responsible for sourcing all development and acquisition projects, including sourcing new principal and fee opportunities and financial structuring across a multi-product business in the office, multifamily, life sciences and industrial sectors. He joins TCC from CV Properties, where he spent the past nine years, most recently serving as vice president.

Joseph will be responsible for supporting the office in a financial role, underwriting new opportunities. He previously served as an acquisitions analyst for Linear Retail Properties in Boston, and spent more than four years as an associate of acquisitions and asset management at Pembroke Real Estate.

“TCC Boston is currently expanding in the Boston market and we are excited to grow our team with Elisha and Kyle, who each bring different skillsets to our business,” said Leatherbee.
