Trammell Crow Expands Bay Area Development Team

Texas-based Trammell Crow Co. strengthened its Bay Area development team with the addition of two senior-level leaders. Clyde Wright (pictured left) brings more than 37 years of development experience, and Parker Larson (pictured right) brings both real estate and law experience to the Northern California business unit.

Larson, who joins from CBRE in Salt Lake, will also play a role at Diridon Station, handle new business efforts, and manage projects in-process throughout the region.

Trammell Crow has more than three million square feet of development in the region, including Diridon Station, a transit-oriented project that includes nearly one million square feet of office space, as well as retail and a nine-story residential building.
