Tradition Senior Living Developing First Houston Facility

Construction is underway on The Tradition, a 316-unit senior living facility. The combination independent living/assisted living/memory care development is Tradition Senior Living’s first foray into Houston. The property at 9339 Buffalo Speedway is expected to be move-in ready by January 2019.

The Tradition will have 222 independent living apartments, while the assisted-living building will offer 63 apartments and 31 memory care units. On-site amenities will include a large common room, a pool and card playing room, along with secured, underground parking.

Tradition Senior Living is headquartered in Dallas. The company currently operates two facilities in the Dallas area; The Tradition-Prestonwood and The Tradition-Lovers Lane.
