Trademark Boosts Asset Management with John Pharr Hire

Trademark Property Co. added to its asset and portfolio management team by hiring John Pharr as Senior Vice President of Asset and Portfolio Management. In his new role, the 30-year industry veteran will lead the Fort Worth company’s asset management efforts.

Before joining Trademark, Pharr spent close to two decades with Regency Centers as Vice President of Asset Management and Senior Vice President, Southeast Division. In the latter position, he oversaw a 75-property portfolio, increasing its value by an average of $15 million, year over year. Pharr was also managing director with Hill Partners Inc., and served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.
