Toyota Tsusho Inks 43K-SF Deal at San Antonio Port

Toyota Tsusho America Inc. (TTA) leased a 43,486-square-foot manufacturing facility at the Port of San Antonio. The Toyota Group member inked the deal at 202 N. Tayman with landlord GLP US Management LLC.

TTA is aligned with Toyota Group’s Global Parts & Logistics division. As one of six operating divisions, TTA specializes in “Just-in-Time” manufacturing, meaning location was a critical factor in where to base operations.

Clare Flesher and Brett Lum of NAI Partners, and Tak O’Haru of White Cube LLC represented the tenant. Charlie Hargis of Endura Advisory Group negotiated on behalf of the landlord.
