Townhomes Coming to Pearl District

Couture Development LLC will be launching its first development in San Antonio, and is in the final permitting stages for Proximity Townhomes. The for-sale residential project at 811 E. Elmira is near the Pearl District, and close to the Alamo City’s CBD.

The 14-unit townhome community offers two floor plans, with price points geared toward dual-income, no-kid, first-time homebuyers. The units will range between 1,353 and 1,540 square feet. The three-story units will include two-car garages, with the larger floorplans offering rooftop terraces. Prices are from $360,000 to $415,000.

Couture Development hopes to break ground in March.
