Top Fitness Leases First Store in TX

Top Fitness Store, a retailer of home exercise equipment, has leased 5,675 square feet of retail space in Shops of Southlake, located at Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue peripheral to Southlake Town Square. The space will be Top Fitness’ first location in Texas.

Michelle Caplan and Maggie Hansen with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the center. CBRE’s Scott Muller and Sydney Muller represented the tenant.

Top Fitness Store offers home fitness equipment from industry-leading brands. At Shops of Southlake, this retailer will join a lineup that includes a 70,000-square-foot Central Market, Nordstrom Rack, DSW, Coal Vines, Bonefish Grill and numerous others.
