Top Expert Joins Top Developer

Lauren Zullo is joining Jonathan Rose Companies, a leading developer of mixed-income apartment properties, to oversee all of the firm’s healthy building initiatives.

Zullo was director of national initiatives for the city energy project at Natural Resources Defense Council, where she impacted more than 16,000 properties (2.8 billion square feet) with the strategies expected to reduce carbon emissions by 9.6 million metric tons and save $1.5 billion in energy costs annually by 2030.
