Toll Brothers Plans 162-unit Towers for Lower Manhattan
Toll Brothers filed plans to build a 162-unit residential complex in Lower Manhattan, according to Real Estate Weekly.
The developer plans to build two 15-story towers at 77 Charlton St., including 208,365 square feet of residential space and 2,812 square feet of commercial space. The development will replace a two-story commercial building, according to applications filed with the city by Toll Brothers.
The new towers will have a lot of company. On the same block, Extell is building a 22-story development at 70 Charlton St., and a planned 27-story apartment building at 110 Charlton St.
