TMC Sells Four Twin Cities Multifamily Properties

CBRE has finalized the sale of a four-property portfolio totaling 104 units in the Minneapolis area. The properties were sold by TMC Management Corp. and purchased in two separate transactions to two different buyers. Sale prices were not disclosed.
Ted Abramson and Drew Rafshol from CBRE Minneapolis Multifamily represented TMC Management Corp.

The four properties represent infill suburban and urban apartments ranging from 12 to 35 units. Each property has ample garages and surface parking and proximity to neighborhood amenities that are walkable for residents.

Included in the portfolio were the 24-unit Bella Vista in New Hope, MN and 35-unit Highland Gables in Brooklyn Park, MN and the 33-unit Hanson Court in Crystal, MN, all of which traded to RST Holdings, LLC; and the 12-unit Cedar Lake in Minneapolis, which was acquired by LHF Equities LLC.
