Tishman Speyer Expands Tenant-Focused Zo Program

Tishman Speyer is rolling out its proprietary Zo suite of tenant amenities across its Manhattan office and residential portfolio, as well as nationally. The Zo program made its debut in February 2017 at Tishman Speyer’s Rockefeller Center properties.

Along with Midtown Manhattan properties that include 200 Park Ave. and 520 Madison Ave., the Zo rollout encompasses Tishman Speyer assets in Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston and Washington, DC. Tishman Speyer plans to expand the program into more assets and more markets.

“Our focus is on the people who spend a large part of their day in our buildings,” said Michael Spies, senior managing director with Tishman Speyer. “These offerings help create an inspired, innovative and differentiated workplace that enhances employee wellness and happiness, and in turn increases productivity.”
