Tishman Speyer Earns WiredScore Nod for Fulton Market Project

Tishman Speyer has received WiredScore Gold certification for its 320 North Sangamon project in the Fulton Market District. The certification recognizes that the building is prepared to meet the connectivity needs of technology-oriented tenants along with other forward-thinking companies choosing to locate in the neighborhood.

The 13-story, 270,000-square-foot creative office building is being co-developed with Chicago-based Mark Goodman & Associates. It’s slated for completion in early 2021.

Tishman Speyer senior managing director Ryan Botjer said, “320 North Sangamon has been designed and built to provide companies and their people with one of Chicago’s healthiest and productive office environments. This WiredScore certification certainly illustrates that.”

Along with connectivity, future tenants will benefit from advanced wellness and sustainability features cited in conjunction with the building’s targeted LEED Gold and FitWel certifications, according to Tishman Speyer.
