Starz Entertainment Leases 11K-SF for Show Business Gear

Starz Entertainment, the popular TV network, leased 11,000 square feet at 1778 Pacific St., a 220,000-square-foot industrial complex in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Starz will use its one-story building in the complex to store props and equipment for its TV production space, located just a few minutes away at Steiner Studios, 15 Washington Ave., in the expanding Brooklyn Navy Yard.

The complex was formerly the Halsey Drug Company manufacturing facility. A series of one-story buildings, it includes warehousing, manufacturing and distribution facilities. Jeffrey Unger of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented both the landlord, Atlantic Properties and Starz.
