Stark, Campus Advantage to Co-Develop Gainesville Student Housing

Cleveland-based Stark Enterprises, in partnership with Austin, TX-based Campus Advantage, plans. to develop Liv+ Gainesville, a 618-bed student housing property in Gainesville, FL. The four-story, 279,075-square-foot apartment-style student housing complex is located .4 of a mile from the inner University of Florida campus.

Stark Enterprises’ Ezra Stark says, “Our goal is to create the kinds of student communities that promote a dynamic live/learn environment, ultimately enriching the entire college experience. We strive to transform resort-style living into an approachable student housing format, offering campuses a new and unique way of living for their students.”

The community will include a range of room options from studios to six-bedroom, six-bathroom suites. Each of the 235 rooms will include modern furnishings, trash service, internet, water and sewer.

The project is set to begin construction this month, and be completed in Fall 2020.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
