Starbucks Renews 680K-SF Industrial Lease in Metro Nashville

Duke Realty Corp. has secured a 680,160-square-foot lease renewal with Starbucks Corp. in Lebanon, TN.

The global coffeehouse chain and beverage retailer will continue to occupy the entire logistics building at Park 840 East 1009, which is located just off I-840 at Highway 109 due east of Nashville. The Class A facility will serve as a major distribution hub for the southern United States. The building features 36-foot clear heights, as well as numerous dock and drive-in doors and trailer and automobile parking.

Laura Hart of CBRE represented Starbucks Corp. in its lease. Lonnie Russell of Cushman & Wakefield served as the listing agent for the property. Duke Realty owns and manages 3.6 million square feet of industrial properties in the Nashville metro area.
