Starbucks Project Launches in Longview

The Woodmont Company has started construction on a new Starbucks located at 707 W. Marshall Ave. at the corner of West Marshall Avenue and Spur 63 in Longview.

Developed in partnership with JBK Enterprises, the Starbucks building replaces Waffle Shoppes of Texas, which closed in 2016. The building is shadow-anchored by Kroger and adjacent to Burger King.

“We are honored to have the opportunity to be a part of the redevelopment and enhancement of one of the gateway intersections in Longview,” Grant Gary, president of brokerage for Fort Worth-based Woodmont. “This project would not have been possible without the support and partnership of many key stakeholders throughout the entire development process.”

Longview Mayor Andy Mack said, “We are pleased to welcome Starbucks to a new location, which in this case also helps redevelop one of the busiest intersections in Longview.”
