Stantec Selected as Architect for 400K-SF Kiewit HQ

Stantec has been selected as the architect and interior designer for Kiewit Corp.’s regional headquarters in Lone Tree, CO. The approximately 400,000-square-foot office complex will be located in the RidgeGate development in Denver’s southeast Interstate 25 corridor. Upon buildout, the 12.6-acre project will accommodate more than 1,700 employees.

The campus will help Kiewit to grow its Denver presence, while consolidating its existing employee base. Amenities will include a full-service café, fitness, training and conference facilities, a parking structure, pedestrian walkways to the adjacent light rail station and a roof-deck gathering space.

“We designed this facility as a long-term investment for Kiewit, set to comfortably accommodate today’s top-tier talent but with the flexibility to adapt to future growth,” said Stantec’s Cindy Harvey.
