Stan Johnson Elevates Harf to Regional Director

Stan Johnson Company has promoted Isaiah Harf to regional director in the Chicago office. Harf, who joined SJC in 2011, has closed more than $1.5 billion in net lease investment sales.

“I’m honored to be tasked with this new leadership opportunity and to help grow our Chicago office and firm as we continue to expand west,” said Harf. “I’m looking forward to enhancing our company culture, building deeper relationships with our clients, and helping existing and future brokers grow their business and personal brands.”

Harf began his career in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap, selling apartment buildings on Chicago’s South Side. From 2009 to 2011, he led the disposition department at Foresite Realty Partners, a national receivership firm. In this role, Harf focused on distressed asset optimization and strategy in secondary and tertiary markets.
