Stan Johnson Co. Arranges Sale of 375K-SF Industrial Facility in Ocala

Net lease brokerage firm Stan Johnson Co. arranged the sale of a 375,600-square-foot industrial manufacturing, distribution and headquarters facility in Ocala. The property was listed for more than $28 million and sold for an undisclosed price.

Located at 1900 Southwest 44th Ave. in Ocala, the single-tenant facility is currently leased to Custom Window Systems, and was purchased by Sky Management Services, a privately funded and managed real estate company based in New York. The facility was constructed in 2006 as a build-to-suit, and was expanded by 150,000 square feet in 2017. At the time of sale, there were nearly 15 years of term remaining on the absolute triple net lease.

Mollie Alteri, Joey Odom, Mike Sladich, and Maggie Holmes of Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, a New York City-based institutional investor, in the transaction.
