Stag Industrial Secures 1M-SF Industrial Lease in Maryland

Boston-based real estate investment trust Stag Industrial has secured a 1 million-square-foot industrial lease with a book publisher at 630 Hanover Pike in Hampstead, MD.

The lease will last for five-and-a-half years and was effective Aug. 1. Additionally, the lease includes three months of free rent and 3% annual rent escalations. The industrial property is approximately 30 miles north of Baltimore.

Stag’s portfolio consisted of 457 buildings in 38 states with approximately 91.8 million rentable square feet as of June 30.
