St. Regis Buys New RiverVue Apartments

San Francisco-based St. Regis Properties struck a deal with Transwestern Development Co. of Houston to acquire RiverVue Apartments, a 375-unit complex located south of downtown Fort Worth. Transwestern Development had delivered the property at 5825 Arborlawn in 2017, and it was 90% occupied at the time of the sale.

RiverVue is situated in Waterside, a 63-acre, mixed-use development on Bryant Irving Road under the direction of Trademark Property Co. The development includes neighborhood retail and restaurants, and is anchored by a Whole Foods store and REI Co-op.

The complex offers studio units, along with one and two-bedroom units and townhomes. Amenities include proximity to the Trinity River, an outdoor courtyard, business center and conference room, fitness center and pool.
