St. John Properties Secures 118K-SF Office Lease Near BWI Airport

St. John Properties has secured a 118,000-square-foot lease with an undisclosed defense contractor at 1500 W. Nursery Rd., a four-story office building near BWI Airport in Maryland.

Delivered on a speculative basis in the fall, the office building will be fully leased by the defense contractor and is designed to accommodate up to 700 employees. The building, which is located within BWI Tech Park, was constructed to LEED Gold standards and features 10-foot ceiling heights and roadside visibility from Route 295.

Bill Jautze of St. John Properties represented the undisclosed landlord in the transaction.
