SRS Real Estate Hires Woulfe, Harris in South Florida

Retail services real estate firm SRS Real Estate has hired Brandon Woulfe and Mary Harris as vice president and senior associate respectively. The duo will enhance the office’s tenant representation and landlord representation teams.

Brandon Woulfe brings more than 10 years of experience in retail real estate to his new role as vice president. Most recently he served as a director with Preferred Retail Brokerage and handled site selection and development processes for clients throughout the eastern U.S.

Harris has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, having transitioned into the commercial real estate industry two years ago. Most recently with Berger Commercial Realty, she was recognized as a Rookie of the Year by NAOIP South Florida.
