SRS Expands OC Investment, Net Lease Group

Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) added two professionals to its growing investment property and net lease group in Newport Beach, CA. Michael Walseth and McCall Huske join from Marcus & Millichap.

Walseth brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. As the executive broker of the Walseth Retail Advisors of Marcus & Millichap, he consistently ranked as a top producer in the firm’s Newport Beach office.

Earlier in his career, he was with Archstone-Smith, where he focused on acquisition and ground-up developments of multifamily and retail projects throughout SoCal. He started his CRE career as a retail leasing specialist at Flock & Avoyer.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
