SRS Brokers Sale of 61K-SF Retail Property in Mississippi

SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has arranged the sale of a single-tenant, 60,835-square-foot retail property in Starkville, MS. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 1992, the property is occupied by Vowell’s Marketplace, a regional wholesale grocery store chain with 12 locations throughout Mississippi and Alabama. The tenant has approximately two years remaining on its corporate-guaranteed lease with options to extend. The property is located at 118 MS-12 in Starkville.

Britt Raymond, Kyle Fant, Matthew Mousavi, Patrick Luther and Martin Smith of SRS represented the seller, a New York-based private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a private investor from Starkville.
