Spaces Begins Pre-leasing on 2nd Sedgwick Property This Month

Shortly after pre-leasing began at one Sedgwick Properties rental in Old Town, Spaces Real Estate has gotten things underway at another. Sedgwick’s 69-unit Bevel Old Town at 1552 N. North Park Ave. is expected to see its first move-ins in early January.

“This property blends the historic charm of the Old Town neighborhood with the contemporary finishes and amenities today’s discerning renters seek,” said Bentley Phillips, founder of Spaces Real Estate. “This location truly has it all — abundant retail and restaurant offerings, convenient access to the lakefront and Lincoln Park, and proximity to jobs downtown, accessible via nearby public transportation.”

Located two blocks east of the Sedgwick CTA station along North Avenue, Bevel Old Town features six different unit layouts ranging from a one-bedroom/one-bath configuration to a three-bedroom/two-bath plan. Earlier this month, Spaces began pre-leasing at Sedgwick’s 1325 North Wells, also expected to open to residents in early 2019.
