Spaces Begins Pre-leasing at Boutique Rental in Old Town

Spaces Real Estate has begun pre-leasing at Sedgwick Properties’ 1325 N. Wells, a new boutique rental community in the North Side’s Old Town neighborhood. The 60-unit community will be managed by Laramar Group, with first move-ins scheduled for early 2019.

“Residents of 1325 N. Wells will be immersed in the vibrant Old Town neighborhood, just steps away from popular restaurants and boutiques,” said Bentley Phillips, founder of Spaces. “The features in each unit match the discerning style residents expect, with sleek finishes and popular amenities not typically found in a building of this size.”

Located between Schiller and Goethe streets, the property features contemporary apartments ranging in size from 621 to 1,140 square feet, and priced from $2,225 per month. Along with hardwood-style flooring and kitchens with quartz countertops, each apartment also includes built-in closets, a Nest thermostat and in-unit laundry, while select units will also offer a private balcony or terrace.
