Southlake P&Z Approves Carillon Parc
The Southlake (TX) Planning & Zoning Commission approved a development plan for Carillon Parc, a 42.5-acre, mixed use project. The Dallas-Fort Worth suburban development will be part of the Carillon residential community, which is situated on SH 114, between North White Chapel Boulevard and Carroll Avenue.
Former Southlake Mayor John Terrell is one of the developers, and he told the commission that the development would have several components, including restaurants, health and wellness, boutique hotels, residential lofts and support-office projects. Carillon Parc would also hold the Southlake Library, and preserve approximately nine acres of already existing trees.
Terrell also said that, depending on approval of the project, construction could begin by Q1 2019. O’Brien Architects is the project designer.
