South Park Towers Proposed in DTLA
Venice Hope Group, LLC wants to develop a pair of mixed-use towers in DTLA’s South Park on a 1.73-acre site at Venice Boulevard, Hope and Flower streets and the 10 Freeway. The developer submitted plans to the city for South Park Towers, envisioned for two high-rise towers.
Plans call for one tower a 22-story, dual flag hotel tower fronting Flower Street with 300 hotel rooms, and a second 23-story residential building on Hope Street with 250 residential units. Also included is 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and podium parking for 288 vehicles.
Renderings by the architects, AC Martin, show landscaped amenity decks at the podium and roof levels, with additional green spaces incorporated into towers sides. The developer has yet to specify a development timeline or construction budget for the project.
The Connect Apartments conference will take place June 26. For more information, or to register, log on here.
