South Park Development Going Strong
Development continues strong in the downtown Los Angeles area of South Park.
Two new condominium towers are in the works at 12th Street and Grand Avenue. One of the new projects, at 1233 South Grand Ave., will reportedly feature 22 stories, with 150 condos and ground-floor retail/restaurant space.
LA Gateway, near LA Live, is another development in the works. Two luxury hotels are planned, as well as another residential tower and 75,000 square feet of retail. The developer is City Century.
