South Loop Apartment Tower Sees Rapid Lease-Up

Connect Apartments is coming up on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.

CA Ventures’ CA Residential LLC and joint venture partner K Giles LLC said their Eleven40 residential project is already more than 50% leased, less than three weeks after its first move-ins. JJ Smith, principal of CA Ventures, said the pace of leasing “speaks not only to the quality of the building, but also its desirable location in the heart of the South Loop.”

Added K Giles principal Keith Giles, “We’ve created a building that meets the growing demand for attainable rental housing in the South Loop, while enhancing the pedestrian experience by replacing a previously vacant site with a striking tower.”

The 26-story, 320-unit apartment tower is a short walk from the CTA’s Roosevelt station, which is served by the Red, Green and Orange lines. It features approximately 22,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.
