Sorrento Mesa Office Trades for $4M
An approximately 19,000-square-foot Sorrento Mesa office building has traded for $4.05 million to an undisclosed buyer which plans to occupy the space moving forward.
Located at 4920 Carroll Canyon Rd., the two-story building was originally built in 1986. The property was near vacant at the time of the sale, with the exception of one tenant occupying approximately 2,809 square-feet. CBRE’s Scott Kincaid represented the seller, a private investor.
The property is one block from the I-805 freeway, and within walking distance to the retail center Sorrento Plaza. It’s also less than three miles from the Westfield UTC mall, and two miles from the Sorrento Valley Station.
