SoHo Lease is Knotel’s First at an SL Green Property

Knotel has finalized a 17,258-square-foot lease at SL Green Realty Corp’s 110 Greene St., a/k/a The SoHo Building. The deal is the first-ever agreement between Knotel and the office REIT.

“110 Greene Street is a premier SoHo address, given its convenient location and easy access to transit,” said Eugene Lee, global head of real estate & business development at Knotel. “Our expansion in New York City reflects our commitment to providing innovative real estate solutions for companies that need flexibility in an ever-changing market.”

Founded three years ago, Knotel now occupies 1.5 million square feet in New York City alone. Plans call for that number to reach two million square feet by year’s end.

Elie Reiss of Skylight Leasing represented Knotel in the 110 Greene lease. SL Green was represented in-house.
