Smokehouse Buys 65K SF Near Eastman Chemical Plant

Henderson, TX-based Sandler’s Smokehouse acquired a four-building 64,528-square-foot asset near Longview’s Eastman Chemical Plant. The property at 115 Kodak Blvd. will support Sadler’s primary operations of producing premium pit-smoked meats. The seller was listed as Chaney Yoder #4 LLC of Longview.

Frank Chaney and Kim Stewart with Coldwell Banker Commercial Lenhart handled the transaction. The 40-year-old building, situated on 10.4 acres, had formerly been leased to GenPak. The new owners have not yet determined what they will do with the building, according to a report in the Longview News-Journal.

Sadler’s is headquartered at 1206 N. Frisco St. in Henderson. The site also holds a 300,000-square-foot processing plant.
