Skanska Promotes Webb to VP in Rockville

Global construction and development firm Skanska has promoted Apryl Webb to vice president of preconstruction for building operations in Rockville, MD.

Most recently, Webb served as Director of Preconstruction and was instrumental in leading the execution of many of Skanska’s notable projects. In her new role, Webb will apply her 16 years of experience, 13 of which are with Skanska, to oversee the management and execution of pre-construction for Skanska’s projects across industry sectors, including higher education, K-12 schools, residential, and commercial office.

“Apryl has shown an innate ability to bring solutions to the table that expertly guide complex projects through design and into construction. She understands very well the importance and accuracy of our work, and the need to be proactive with our design partners and clients to deliver to our standard,” said Steve Stouthamer, executive vice president of project planning and preconstruction. “She is a trusted and valued colleague to all of us, and we look forward to seeing her continue to grow and succeed in her new role.”
