SJP Launches Third-Party Development and Construction Management

SJP Properties, headquartered in Parsippany, NJ and New York City, has formed SJP Project Solutions, a division of SJP that will provide third-party development and construction management services to other owners, developers and corporate tenants. Target projects include build-to-suit and master-planned office properties; interior office fit-outs; luxury residential high-rises; mixed-use developments; and turnkey lab and R&D facilities.

“What we’ve learned from our experience managing projects on behalf of others is that the traditional project management model of hiring an outside firm to oversee contractors is fraught with inefficiencies that contribute to project delays, cost overages and time being wasted,” stated Steven J. Pozycki (pictured), CEO of SJP Properties. “SJP Project Solutions is designed to eliminate those headaches.”

The SJP Project Solutions team is overseen by EVP Peter Bronsnick and SVP Andrew Natale. Both Bronsnick and Natale bring more than 15 years’ experience each to their respective roles on the new platform.
