Sirius XM Strengthens Irving Presence

Nearly half of the 98,835-square-foot Freeport Corporate Center in Irving, TX has been leased to Sirius XM. The deal represents an expansion and extension of Sirius XM’s current lease in the Class A office space.

The two-story center, located near TX 114 and the LBJ Freeway, is now more than 70% leased. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services’ Kevin Brookmole represented the 1998-built center’s landlord, Slate Freeport Holdings, LLC.

“Sirius is a great tenant. We would love Freeport Corporate Center to be the location of choice for its continued growth,” Brookmole said.
