SilverPoint Senior Living Will Manage Pflugerville Complex

SilverPoint Senior Living will assume management of Heritage Lakes of Pflugerville in partnership with Heritage Lakes Development, a multi-discipline real estate development company. The 40,000-square-foot community at 19100 Pleasant Bay Dr. in Pflugerville is slated to open this fall.

“The developers have offered us a unique opportunity to bring in new life through the operations of this beautifully planned campus and drive a brand-new Engaged Living program into the community,” said Shawn Corzine, founder and CEO of SilverPoint. “Our team is fully energized and engaged in the design and services that we will offer.”

The project will be situated on 32 acres and will feature 28 assisted living and 20 memory care residences adjacent to the existing 38 independent living villas. Based in New Braunfels, SilverPoint Senior Living is a management and consulting company with a core focus on independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
