Silverman Taps CushWake for Addison Leasing Job

The Silverman Group has selected Cushman & Wakefield’s Britt Casey and Jeff Matella to market 350 S. Church St. in Addison, IL for lease. Based in New Jersey, Silverman acquired the 87,219-square-foot building earlier this month.

Recently updated, 350 S. Church features 7,150 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear heights, 13 exterior docks, one drive-in door and a 59-car parking space. The building is suitable for manufacturing, assembly, food processing and warehousing operations.

Silverman president Blake Silverman calls the new acquisition ““a nice addition to our existing industrial portfolio in Illinois. We see the Church Street asset as a great opportunity for a single user to gain immediate access to a stand-alone building that features abundant power, ready-made office space and base building improvements in place.”

The Silverman Group currently owns two industrial buildings in suburban Libertyville, IL, totaling 359,910 square feet.
