Silver Spirit Global Acquires Midtown Atlanta’s Silhouette Building for $25M

Technology investment firm Silver Spirit Global has acquired the Silhouette Building, a mid-rise office property in Atlanta’s Midtown market. The sales price was reported as $24.8 million. Located at 1447 Peachtree St., the property draws its name from the silhouetted images of people on the façade.

Hayes Swann and Aman Gaur of Colliers International’s Atlanta office represented the seller, Dau Global, in the transaction. In 2014, Bob Ward and Drew Levine of Colliers Office Services Group represented Dau Global in the $11.5 million purchase of the property from Wells Fargo Bank. In addition, a Colliers Capital Markets Group team arranged acquisition financing for Silver Spirit Global.

A Colliers Property Management team and a Colliers Landlord Leasing Services team of Will Tyler and Scott DeMyer have been tapped to provide management and leasing for Silver Spirit Global at the property.
