Sierra Point Towers 80% Leased

Stella & Dot Family Brands leased 26,500 square feet of space at Diamond Investment Properties’ Sierra Point Towers in Brisbane, CA., bringing the property to 80 percent leased. The social selling accessories and skincare company is relocating its HQ from San Bruno, and will occupy a full floor of 8000 Marina Blvd. beginning next month.

Sierra Point Towers is comprised of eight-story and twelve-story office towers, with approximately 500,000 square feet of Class A office space. Recent deals at the property include Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. (20,000 sf), NetEase, Inc. (20,000 sf), Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc. (38,000 sf), and Aditazz, Inc. (20,000 sf).

Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Craig Kalinowski represented the landlord. Savills Studley’s Matt Chatham and Steve Barker represented Stella and Dot in the lease transaction.
