Sidley Austin Expands Houston Footprint at Wells Fargo Plaza

Law firm Sidley Austin broadened its Houston footprint by growing office space at Wells Fargo Plaza in Houston’s CBD. The firm signed a long-term lease renewal and expansion to 80,000 square feet at 1000 Louisiana St. Sidley currently occupies approximately 50,000 square feet at the 1.7-million-square-foot office tower.

CBRE’s Kevin Kushner Todd Lippman and James Whalen represented the tenant. The Wells Fargo Plaza leasing team is comprised of Bonnie Kelley-Dienna and Dave Hanusa, also with CBRE. Under the new agreement, the law firm is taking the building’s 59th floor sky lobby.
