Shredz Moves to Newark

Newark, NJ is luring office tenants from Jersey City. Shredz Supplements will move into a new 11,200-square-foot, sublease space at 50 Park Pl. in Newark, leaving behind its old regional office in Jersey City, NJ.

“The subtenant’s relocation to Newark from Jersey City is reflective of the marketplace. As pricing on the waterfront continues to climb, companies looking for the benefits of a central business district market can find competitive rates in Newark,” said Robert Gallucci, executive director for Colliers International, which arranged the sublease for the building owner, The Berger Organization. Savills Studley served as broker for Shredz Supplements.

The 15-story tower is also known as the Robert Treat Center.
