Shorenstein Sells South Portland Waterfront Campus to Canadian Investor

San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties LLC sold River Forum, a 209,000-square-foot office campus in Portland to Clarity Real Estate, a Vancouver, BC-based private equity investor for reportedly $57.5 million.

Clarity Real Estate’s Dave Seeley says, “Portland is one of Clarity’s top growth markets, and River Forum is an irreplaceable waterfront asset with outstanding fundamentals and tenant demand.”

Situated along the vibrant South Waterfront, the asset consists of two Class A buildings that are 90% leased to a diverse tenant base of leading businesses across a variety of industries. The asset serves as a natural extension of the city’s central urban core with easy access to greater Portland via the Portland Streetcar, MAX Orange Line, OHSU Aerial Tram and Tilikum Crossing.

CBRE’s Charles Safley, Paige Morgan and Trevor Kafoury represented Shorenstein in the transaction.
