Shoppes at the Livingston Circle Fills with Experience Retail

The Shoppes at the Livingston Circle no longer has a grocery store to anchor it — but the 93,000-square-foot shopping center has recently welcomed four new tenants offering experiences from swim classes and pilates to cycling.

Goldfish Swim School opened its 8,100-square-foot location Nov. 22, 2017 at the retail center at 277 Eisenhower Pkwy. in Livingston, NJ.

“The Goldfish Swim School model emphasizes both safety and enjoyment in the water, which leads to quicker progress,” said Larisa Posner, a co-owner of the Livingston franchise.

Developed by the Eastman Companies, the center also recently welcomed CycleBar (3,200 square feet), Mezza Mediterranean (3,200 square feet) and national Pilates franchise Club Pilates (1,730 square feet). Existing tenants include Choice Pet Supply, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Ike’s Bagel Café, Olive Garden, Wine Legend, M&T Bank and Zen Japanese Restaurant.
