Shopoff Realty Grabs Mission Viejo Retail Center
Shopoff Realty Investments recently purchased Los Alisos Village, a 31,400 square foot, 4.5-acre retail center in Mission Viejo. The property is 91-percent leased, and tenants include Auto Zone, Baskin Robbins and Taco Mesa.
Shopoff will renovate the entire center, which was built in 1982, and add 1,500 square feet. Shopoff, based in Irvine, has operated or acquired more than five million square feet of commercial real estate space, as well as 50,000 multifamily units.
