Sheryl Troiani Promoted to Granite Properties’ Chief Administration Officer

Granite Properties promoted Sheryl Troiani to the newly-created position of Chief Administrative Officer. Her new responsibilities include focusing on processes, procedures and inter-and intra-departmental coordination, as well as continuing to oversee the Dallas-headquartered company’s accounting, treasury and risk management activities.

Troiani, a CPA who received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University, joined Granite Properties as Controller in 1993. During her tenure, she launched several departments, including the accounting group, and human resources and IT departments. Prior to Granite, Troiani had positions at P.O’B Montgomery & Co., Lincoln Property Co. and Arthur Anderson & Co.

“(Sheryl) has a deep understanding of our company and how all the groups interrelate,” Said Granite Properties CEO Michael Dardick. “As we continue to evolve and grow our existing markets, enter new markets, and increase the number of projects we’re working on, Sheryl will direct the appropriate resources and structure to help us succeed in the long term.”
