Sheppard Mullin Renews, Expands Space

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP renewed and expanded its office space at Chase Tower, 2200 Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas. Under the new agreement, the law firm is expanding from 25,902 square feet to 51,804 square feet. Additionally, the office space will undergo a full renovation.

JLL’s Brooke Armstrong and Bret Hefton negotiated on behalf of the tenant. Landlord Fortis Property Group was represented by J.J. Leonard and Matt Wieser of Stream Realty Partners.

Since opening in the space during April 2018, Sheppard Mullin nearly doubled its attorney count. “We’ve experienced tremendous growth in Dallas, so expanding our physical footprint is the next evolution in supporting our growing client base and our attorneys,” said the firm’s Steven G. Schortgen. “Adding more space and undergoing a renovation to create a modern, efficient workspace will accommodate both immediate and future growth needs, while allowing us to continue to attract and retain talented professionals.”
